The Toshiba default username is “admin” and the default password is “123456”.

Toshiba printer passwords: general rules

Most printers have a username and password to enter Machine Administrator mode. By default the username and password are identical. However, there are exceptions where a machine will have the same combination of username and password as the rest of the machines in the same model group.

If the default password is not working, to reset the password do the following:

Power on the printer while holding 08 then type 263, input your new pass, ENTER, Power off

To get into service mode 08, just press OK.

If you get completely stuck and can not obtain the service password, you can reset it via the following method.
Hold down [4] + [8] + [9] + [POWER] while starting the copier up. This will reset the administrator password AND service password.
Remember you will lose all user data when this is done!
